Mr. James Ronald Hayes

Mr. James Ronald Hayes of 174 Pryor Cobb Way, Cobb, Georgia died Tuesday, January 30th at the Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia.

The remains were cremated.

Survivors include his loving and devoted wife, Mrs. Priscilla Hayes of Cobb, Georgia; his loving and devoted children, Mrs. Lorraine Taylor and her husband, Mr. LeAndera Taylor of Lexington, Kentucky, Mrs. Emma Hayes-Jackson of Americus, Georgia and Mr. James Hayes of Detroit,  Michigan; four stepchildren, Mrs. Demetria Sutton and her husband, Mr. Ty Sutton of Leesburg, Georgia, Mrs. Afrika Davis and her husband, Mr. Curtis Davis and Mr. Joseph Smith all of Americus, Georgia, and Mr. Rashaad Sutton and his wife, Mrs. Erica Sutton of Buda, Texas;  13 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; nine step grandchildren; two step great grandchildren; his beloved brothers, Mr. Jerald Hayes of Albany, Georgia, Mr. Edward Hayes and his wife, Mrs. Julie Hayes of Cobb, Georgia, and Mr. Aaron Hayes and his wife, Mrs. Qwenlynn Hayes of Jacksonville, Florida; two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Deborah Burton and her husband, Mr. Charles Burton of Hampton, Georgia and Ms. Beverly Sutton of Smithville, Georgia; a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends, to include a devoted friend, Mr. Obie Clemmons of Cobb, Georgia.



Tiffany Nicole Prince will celebrate her birthday on February 19.


Nancy Green was recently chosen as the ASHS Teacher of the Month for December 2017.
